Music Fm Tenerife

I have a Cyber MP4/AMV/REC/FM player bought in Tenerife and can’t make it play?
When I turn on the music, it plays for 10 seconds and then turn off. I have no user guide and I can’t find user guide on Internet. Please help me to find out how this thing works.
