Very old song/singer/album name?
when i was a child, there was this tape we listened in the car. Nowadays i can realize that it may be recorded from a vinyl. a lady with extremelyy wide vocal scale was singing songs with no lyrics and it was orchestrated by a rich latin band. i looked everywhere i can but no luck. icouldn’tt find any written reference about that music. on musipedia.org’s “search by javascript piano” section i tried to search with the notes below:
r8 e’8 a’8 b’8 c”8 r4 b’8 r8 gis’8 a’8 r8 r2 r8 e’8 a’8 b’8 c”16 d”16 c”16 b’16 c”16 d”16 c”16 b’16 c”8 b’8 r8 gis’8 a’8
notes belongs to the intro section of one of those songs played by trumpet and various brass instruments.
sorry for my bad english.
Could be Yma Sumac ?
