I also cheerlead
im pasisonate about music, but i cannot make a living out of that. Im am planning on attending a 4 year college

are any of these colleges good for me? I am undecided as a major.

Ok, to make things simpler for you – how do you tell if a college is a community college or a 2-year college? IT WILL SAY “Community College” – for example “Huntington County Community College” – also, “Technical” schools tend to be 2-year colleges (like “Technical College of the Low Country”). Anyway, you can then tell that all of the colleges you listed are in fact 4-year Universities/Colleges. A lot of those colleges are “top” schools, so you will have a very difficult time getting accepted with poor grades (you said you don’t have the best grades on Earth…well, you really do need high grades for the Ivy League Brown Univ. – many of the other schools that you listed are difficult to get into for certain majors b/c they have a good reputation which makes acceptance highly competitive).
If you are an undecided major, I would recommend going to a public school, not private, since you are not sure what you’d like to study…you’ll basically be doing “basic/general” courses as an “undeclared” major until you figure out which subjects/careers interest you – and by the time you figure that out, you can transfer to a college that is great in your field (which may be a Private College). Private colleges are not better then public schools, in case that is not clear…so I don’t want you to think that public schools aren’t equally as great as private schools. Most colleges that have the word “State” in it most likely means it’s a State School (public) – which doesn’t really matter since there are many public schools that are better then some private schools (so out of your list, UCLA is public, and Cal State – not sure which “Cal State” you are talking about since they have a ton of campuses, but those are public state universities).
Hope that helps. When you did your college research you should have noticed that these schools offer at least Bachelor degrees (if not Masters and Doctorates), which means they are 4-year schools (not Community Colleges).
Again, I’m not sure which ones are good for you since you did not tell us what you like (environment, social scene, hobbies/interests, ideas of your career goals or what may interest you as a career, if you like urban/rural or big/small school or class settings) – like I said, for most of the schools you are looking into, you’ll need pretty good grades.
Good luck.
